  • Cadre review & restructuring.
  • Encadrement of posts in IES.

Career Growth & Placement

  • Placement of officers across 72+ ministries/departments.
  • Maintenance of Annual Confidential Rolls.
  • Promotions and seniority management.
  • Preparation of the Civil List.

Training & Capacity Building

  • Induction training for probationers.
  • In-service training & refresher courses.
  • Capacity-building and skill upgrades.
  • Cadre clearance for study leave & deputations.

Administration & Support

  • Managing retirements & resignations.
  • Handling salaries, compulsory wait, and grants.
  • Vigilance & disciplinary cases.
  • Court cases and RTI-related matters.
